Rate schedule:
Open year round. Our rates are as follows: Off season rate is $105.00 per night and is in effect 11-01-07 to 05-14-08.
In season rate is $135.00 and is in effect 05-15-08 to 10-30-08. This is per night, single or double, (minimum stay required on select weekends in season.) 3rd. person cot, $35.00 per night additional. Rate subject to 7% sales tax.
Visa/Master Card and Cash are accepted.
Policies
• No smoking allowed.
• No guest pets. (we have 4 little dogs in residences).
• Children are welcome (14 and older).
• No childcare provided.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (within reason).
• A $50.00 deposit confirms your reservation, balance due at check-in.
• Deposit refundable up to 48hr. before arrival date with a $25.00 service fee.
• Check-in 3:pm to 6:pm, early and late arrival must be arranged.

Breakfast
Each morning, 8:30am to 9:30am, a full country breakfast is served in the dinning room. Feel free to eat on the porch or by the pool. In the afternoon snacks are available. We hope you’ll come stay with us
All rooms have a private bath, air conditioning, in room coffee, hair dryer, a writting desk and highspeed wireless internet access, so bring your laptop. In season, the swimming pool closes at 9:pm Late night swims upon request. Towels are in the pool house.
